This Sunday 12 May the RRR crew will have a basic "Fun Run' in the grounds of CQU.  Cost will be $10 and the money raised from this untimed run will support the MS Foundation.  The run will start at 7am with rego on the day from 630am onwards.   For more information please email Leah at leahcheal81@gmail.com  All welcome... why not enter Mum for Mothers Day.....

Dont forgot the Sprint Sessions on Tuesday night... This is a great session to build on speed.  Cost is only $1 for the lights.  Sessions start at 6pm and finish at 645 all welcome.

We are in negations with the local Police regarding the Running of the Bulls, at this stage we are thinking we may need to have a date change, but we will keep you informed as soon as we can come to an agreement with the Police.  If we are unable to hold the running of the Bulls on this weekend will we postpone the run till later in June but we still hold a 5km and 10 km on May 12.  

King and Queen of the Mountain has been run and won... A big congrats to our King and Queen, Paul Tucker and Jen Taylor.   Paul ' hammer time' Tucker was defended his title with a very impressive time of 36.50.  We had 60 plus entrants who participated in the run on Sunday heaping the crew of RRR raise money for the timing system.  A big thanks to the fantastic volunteers who made the day a massive success.
